2. The FORUM ENGELBERG 2001 will take place on March 28-30 in the
Monastery at Engelberg. This year’s topic is: "Science and Society 
in the Age of Information Revolution". Important speakers will

6. Feedback: The first STEPS conference of March 20 in Zurich on the
Topic „Der nächste Schritt in der Technologieförderung“ was a great
success with top speakers and intensive networking. Participants

8. Microsystems: Now available from APTE member FSRM, a new multi-
media introduction to microsystems on CD-ROM. See various examples 
of industrialised microsystems and commonly used microfabrication

9. IDEE-SUISSE - Schweiz. Gesellschaft für Ideen- und Innovations-
Management – has taken over the ZPS central patent collection with 
10 million documents valued at CHF 100 million from the Federal 
Institute of Intellectual Property in Bern. So that the documents 
may given public assess, a cooperative society has been created. 
The first meeting with membership shares of CHF 500 and CHF 1000 
will take place on April 5, 2001 at 6 p.m. at the Technopark Zurich,

10. Feedback: Highly successful inauguration of the new Technology
Center of the CSEM in Alpnach on Friday March 23. Numerous partners
of CSEM, politicians from five cantons and various other important 
guests attended and visited an exhibit of new developments in robotics.
