Council of Institutional Investors (CII) Policies
The Council of Institutional Investors’ corporate governance policies establish goals and guidelines for the effective governance of publicly traded corporations. The policies include fundamental core policies that the Council believes should be implemented by all companies, general principles of shareholder rights and board accountability, and a number of more general position statements on various corporate governance issues.
